How to use this randomized bingo sheet creator?

Create bingo sheets for Russian word numbers with randomized numbers from a range. Russian Word Number Bingo helps to promote listening and recognition skills as well as providing an opportunity to learn and practice Russian numbers.

How to create Russian bingo sheets?

This worksheet generator allows you to choose the numbers used to create your bingo sheets. Each number can be up to 8 figures and then entered followed by a space or a comma. This means you can start simple with numbers between 1 and 100, however to make things more challenging, you can advance to numbers up to 10,000 or even 1 million!

First, choose the range for your numbers (e.g. between 3,300 and 4,000). Then, select one of the following grid sizes: 3x3 or 9 numbers, 4x4 or 16 numbers, or 5x5 or 25 numbers. Randomized numbers from the range you requested will then appear as Russian word numbers in the bingo sheet. If you would like to randomize the individual squares in which the numbers show up, please select “randomize number location on different sheets.” The same Russian word numbers will appear on each sheet, with or without the individual location randomization.

There is also an option to print an answer sheet. The answer sheet has the digit numbers with Russian numbers in brackets. This is a great way to test knowledge of Russian numbers and is ready to print.

How do Russian numbers work?

Russian word numbers can be difficult to understand, but the do follow the same pattern as English word numbers. For example, for numbers 11 - 19 you simply take the number 1 - 9 and add "надцать" so sixteen is "шестнадцать" which is шесть = six plus "надцать" = teen. Unlike English, French and Portuguese numbers though, this rules applies to 11 and 12 too (одиннадцать = 11 or one-teen and двенадцать = 12 or two-teen).

From twenty onwards Russian word numbers are quite simple and they work as in English. Twenty one is expressed as "двадцать один", which translates exactly the same way. Just like in English, there is no need for an "and", and nor do they form a compound word.

You can consolidate all this knowledge and practice Russian word numbers using these bingo sheets.
